Plan your visit today!

We are so excited you would like to visit us! We we have put together a few commonly asked questions that hopefully will help you feel right at home when you visit.

What Time Is Service?
  • Sundays @ 10am & 6:30pm
  • Wednesdays @ 7pm

Our weekly services are Sunday at 10am and Wednesday at 7pm.  With that said, the fun starts well before our services begins!

At 9am, our Charting Your Course class begins in Classroom A for any new & existing members, as well as any guests who would like to learn more about the Word of God, what we believe, and why we believe it.  At 10am, our morning service kicks off alongside a handful of wonderful Sunday School classes for kids and students of all ages. This service usually concludes around 11:30.

When you arrive to either of our Sunday services, you’ll be greeted by a member of our Next Steps team who will give you a brief walkthrough of our building and will be ready to assist you in any way possible.

Wednesdays start at 12pm with a wonderful afternoon Bible study.  This 12pm Bible study, open to everyone, is often a more intimate crowd. Be sure to bring any special questions you would like Pastor Robinson to dive in to. Then Wednesday at 6:00pm, our doors open for our mid-week service.  Wednesdays are Bible Study night at SCC and begin at 7pm.  At the same time, we have a special New Life class happening in Classroom A for anyone who would like to learn more about being Baptized, both in water and in the Spirit.  We usually finish up the evening around 8pm.

What is a service like?

It’s an energetic, passionate & life-changing experience!

What you can expect from a service at SCC is an energetic, passionate, and life-changing experience. We bring the energy, we bring the passion, and Jesus brings the life change.

When service starts, we begin with worship.  Our worship team leads in roughly 30 minutes of praise and worship.  We sing songs of all genres from contemporary worship, to gospel and southern gospel. During worship, some will be very passionate, exuberant and visible, while others may be more quiet, soft-spoken and reserved.  At SCC, we don’t believe everyone has to worship the same.  We encourage you to come and worship Jesus Christ with us however you would like to worship Him!

After worship, sometimes we will have focused prayer for individual needs. If you have a special prayer request, we welcome you to submit it to us, as we would love to help you pray for that need.  Following prayer, we take a moment to give.  Giving is a way we worship.  Our ushers will pass around giving plates where you can you drop in an offering or tithing.  That being said, we do not believe in pressuring people to give.  Giving is something we believe should come from the heart.  Only give if you feel comfortable and would like to.

In the last half of our service, you will hear a moving sermon from our Pastor or another member of our ministry staff.  This may last anywhere from 20-30 minutes and will be filled with words of life, love, and freedom.  After the sermon, we conclude with a moment of response to the Word.  Taking a few moments to allow God to work on us as we surrender ourselves to Him.

What Do I Wear?

Wear what makes you feel the most comfortable!

We aren’t focused on what you’re wearing! Come in what you feel most comfortable in.  You can dress up or come casual.  With that said, you will find the majority of attendees on Sundays do come dressed up, while Wednesdays tend to sport a more casual and relaxed atmosphere.
